The service
italyvisadossier.com is a private document-preparation and information service operated by an individual based in Italy. It helps applicants organize and prepare their own application file for the Italian Digital Nomad / Remote Worker visa. Contact: hello@italyvisadossier.com.
What this service is not
This service does not provide legal advice and is not a law firm, an immigration agency, or a government body. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Italian government or any Italian consulate. Visa decisions are made solely by the competent consular authority, and no outcome is or can be guaranteed. Cases that require a lawyer (for example prior refusals, criminal records, or complex family situations) are declined and, if already paid, fully refunded.
What you receive
After a free eligibility assessment based on your intake answers, and only if you appear to be a viable applicant, you receive a payment link. After payment you receive within 72 hours a personalized dossier in PDF: eligibility assessment, document checklist for your specific consulate, pre-filled application form, tailored cover letter, timeline, and (for employees) an employer letter template. One revision is included if your consulate requests something additional within 60 days of delivery.
Payment
The fee is a one-time payment processed by Stripe. The price stated in your individual payment link applies. The payment link is sent individually after the eligibility assessment. By paying, you request that preparation of your dossier begin immediately; where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you acknowledge that it lapses once the dossier has been fully delivered (the refund rights below are unaffected).
Refunds
You receive a full refund if: the dossier is not delivered within 72 hours of payment; or it turns out after payment that you do not meet the visa requirements; or your case is declined because it needs a lawyer. Refunds are issued through the original payment method.
Your responsibilities
The dossier is prepared from the information you provide, which you confirm to be accurate and complete. You remain responsible for reviewing your file before submitting it and for the truthfulness of everything you submit to a consulate. Requirements can change without notice; the dossier reflects the official sources available on the day it is prepared, which is stated in the document.
Data handling
Intake data is used only to assess eligibility and prepare your dossier. It is not sold or shared with third parties. Form submissions are processed by Netlify (hosting provider); payments are processed by Stripe; neither receives more than what is technically necessary. Intake data is deleted after delivery of the dossier; email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to provide the service, including the revision window. Site analytics are cookie-free and do not identify you. To request deletion at any time, write to hello@italyvisadossier.com.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from this service is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the version published at the time of your payment applies to your order.
